About the Role
Grant Thornton seeks a seasoned SharePoint Developer with 6-8 years of experience specializing in SharePoint Online and Power Platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-centric solutions tailored to client requirements. This position is based in Delhi NCR with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy web solutions across Microsoft SharePoint platforms and features.
- Customize and configure SharePoint sites to align with business processes.
- Build tailored web parts, workflows, and forms utilizing Power Automate and PowerApps.
- Implement integrations between SharePoint, Azure services, Power Platform, and other external systems.
- Develop front-end components using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, React JS, and AngularJS.
- Create custom solutions leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx) when applicable.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues relating to SharePoint and Power Platform implementations.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to convert business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint and Power Platform tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for new or updated solutions.
- Continuously monitor SharePoint and related technology advancements, including AI tools, recommending adoption where beneficial.
- Experience with mobile app development and governance is an advantage.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 3-8 years of professional experience in SharePoint Online and Power Platform development.
- Relevant certifications in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, PMP, or current technologies preferred.
Essential Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Power Automate and PowerApps.
- Strong command of JavaScript and REST API usage.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Understanding of Azure services integration with SharePoint Online.
- Competency in MS Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Desired Additional Skills
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Familiarity with React JS and AngularJS frameworks.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics.
