Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the sales team in their daily functions.
- Track and evaluate sales performance to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Engage in market visits and assist the sales team in gaining new customers.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and service-related problems effectively.
- Liaise with management to align sales strategies and provide market feedback.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess an ITI or Diploma certification, particularly in Civil Engineering.
