Role Summary

The Social Care Worker position requires innovative, adaptable, and motivated professionals eager to support this vision through flexible, person-centred care. Staff allocation initially starts in one area within Rea Adult Services but may change according to future service demands.

  • Strong organizational and planning aptitude to facilitate goal achievement.

Working Conditions
