Role Overview

We are seeking a full-stack Software Engineer to develop AI-native identity governance systems designed to efficiently manage the complexities of enterprise environments. In this role, you will take ownership of feature development from initial concept through deployment, addressing sophisticated identity and access management (IAM) issues for Fortune 500 clientele. Close collaboration with customers will be essential to design secure, real-time control systems enabling accelerated innovation without compromising security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of critical product components, including architectural design, coding, and deployment across the entire application stack.
• Work directly with security teams at rapidly growing startups and multinational corporations to validate technical solutions and understand the operational infrastructure.
• Contribute to establishing best engineering practices and write key foundational software that enhances team productivity and supports scalable infrastructure growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience building and launching complex full-stack software products within fast-paced environments.
• Strong architectural design capabilities with an aptitude for navigating ambiguous requirements and proposing superior technical solutions.
• Passion for identity and access management, security, or infrastructure, paired with an eagerness to engage closely with customers to resolve real-world challenges.
