Role Overview

The Store Manager plays a crucial leadership role, acting not only as a commercial strategist but also as a mentor and culture developer. This position demands autonomy in directing the store's success, driving team innovation and energy while ensuring outstanding customer service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inviting, and excellently maintained retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize commercial expertise to boost sales, enhance productivity, and manage costs effectively across the store.
• Analyze daily and weekly sales reports to ensure efficient and profitable store operations.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining strong employee engagement.
• Set defined targets and KPIs for your team, tracking progress to ensure achievement.
• Address performance issues promptly, providing guidance and accountability for improvement.
• Lead by example as a commercial and inspirational figure within the store environment.
• Manage stock control and rotation, guaranteeing optimal product availability and presentation.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and communicate results to the regional operations team.
• Regularly monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights for continuous store improvement.
• Maintain consistent communication with regional and brand center teams to align strategies and initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a senior retail role with proven success in customer experience and store performance.
• Strong strategic decision-making skills aimed at maximizing profitability and growth.
• Capability to interpret and act upon business reports to enhance operational results.
• Well-versed in market trends related to fashion, fitness, and sports, with a competitive and innovative approach.
• Passion for people development, with proven leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
