About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations for a retail client. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong commercial focus and leadership abilities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store activities to guarantee excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Boost sales results and meet revenue and profit goals.
- Analyze sales patterns, track top-selling items, and determine inventory replenishment needs.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate inventory movement, perform cycle counts, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to high standards.
- Create staff schedules that align with business demands, customer flow, and operational needs.
- Supervise operational expenses and handle budget management effectively.
- Generate routine reports covering sales metrics, inventory status, key performance indicators, and team output.
- Recruit, mentor, develop, and inspire staff to maximize their capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Between 4 to 6 years of retail experience, including a minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading retail teams and enhancing commercial outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of stock control, merchandising strategies, sales reporting, and retail operational methods.
- Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and effective organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
