Store Supervisor

About the Role

Join JD Sports SEA in Singapore as a vital member of the store's Junior Management team. In this position, you will offer managerial support to enhance customer service levels and assist in supervising staff while ensuring store standards on the floor are upheld. You will also handle daily managerial tasks as assigned by Store Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all shoppers and address complaints and inquiries efficiently to achieve the best resolutions.
• Ensure sales staff maintain personal appearance according to company standards.
• Understand and utilize the Customer Service measuring program, including the Observation Checklist.
• Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets, closely monitoring team service levels to boost store sales.
• Use in-store technology such as kiosks to promote the full product range to customers.
• Leverage sales reports (Top Sales Report, Wall Sales Report, Branch Trade Review Report) to optimize product placement focusing on key selling items.
• Apply modern visual merchandising techniques to attract and motivate customers to make purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of stock and the sales floor at all times.
• Support staff development by encouraging personal growth and assisting with induction and training of new employees.
• Facilitate ongoing staff development by ensuring relevant assessments are completed.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles (explicit experience not listed, but implied).
