Role Overview

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive Supply Chain & Strategic Operations Associate to join our Supply Planning team based in New York, NY or Sunnyvale, TX. The primary responsibility is to maintain a robust operational execution plan supporting global program schedules. This position collaborates across Commercial, Brand, Project Management, and Operations teams to align investment approaches with operational capabilities and work alongside Supply Chain leadership on impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a segment of the capacity model focusing on end-to-end demand versus capacity for card manufacturing processes, ensuring it represents actual business conditions.
• Identify and implement model improvements aimed at accuracy, scalability, and coverage enhancement.
• Manage model updates aligned with Quarterly Planning Reviews and derive actionable insights addressing risks, constraints, and bottlenecks.
• Develop data-informed recommendations to optimize capacity, address risks, and synchronize resources with forecasted demands.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to influence leadership decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to act on items emerging from planning reviews and devise high-level plans to overcome capacity and operational challenges.
• Work with Supply Chain leadership on significant projects involving analytics, modeling, and project coordination.
• Create and refine forecasting and operational planning tools.
• Support technology deployments, process improvements, and capital expenditure planning, including equipment selection and analysis.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support scalable, repeatable operational processes.

Desired Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Finance, or Analytics roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling and scenario analysis; familiarity with business intelligence tools like PowerBI is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills encompassing model building, capacity planning, forecasting, and performance analysis with an emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to cross-functional leadership.
• A detail-focused, proactive mindset with ownership and adaptability in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
