About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Center Parcs UK & Ireland, stationed at Longford Forest village (3 days per week), you will take an instrumental role in advancing key recruitment initiatives that align with our goals to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workforce. This position transcends traditional recruitment, focusing on strategic partnership, data-driven insights, and leveraging technology to support business objectives. In addition to managing local hiring demands, you will lead significant projects company-wide, influence succession planning, and be part of a community driving enhancements in recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also have leadership responsibilities, mentoring a small team and collaborating with business leaders to build talent pools that meet current and future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Village leaders to understand business priorities, assist in shaping hiring strategies, succession planning, and develop talent pipelines addressing immediate and future requirements.
- Lead and manage a small recruitment team, ensure fair and effective candidate assessment processes, and guide hiring managers to make informed, inclusive hiring decisions that reflect company values.
- Drive proactive sourcing efforts, identify and engage potential candidates, foster talent pipelines, and nurture relationships with local communities and business networks.
- Utilize recruitment technologies, market intelligence, and data analytics to identify improvement opportunities, influence stakeholders, and enhance recruitment outcomes continuously.
- Ensure an exceptional and seamless candidate journey from attraction through onboarding by working closely with colleagues and leaders across the Village.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in high-volume and specialist recruitment within a large, multifaceted organization with a track record of managing recruitment complexity effectively.
- Confidence in building and maintaining talent pipelines, engaging candidates across diverse roles, including senior and leadership positions.
- Proficient in using data, technology, and market insights to drive informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Dedicated to providing excellent candidate experiences and maintaining fair, equitable, and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to coach, support, and positively challenge stakeholders at all organizational levels.
