Role Overview

The People team at Gallagher seeks an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to supporting their Operations division. This role involves collaborating closely with leaders to attract and recruit exceptional candidates, building robust talent pipelines, and crafting effective hiring strategies that benefit both candidates and hiring managers.

As the primary recruitment specialist for Operations—including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations Performance—the role demands providing market insights, enhancing employer branding, and fostering improved recruitment outcomes, all within a collaborative onsite environment at Hamilton.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to identify workforce needs and devise strategic recruitment plans.
• Oversee complete recruitment cycles for diverse roles within the Operations sector.
• Proactively source and engage talent through various channels such as job boards, talent networks, and social platforms.
• Maintain and expand talent pipelines to address future hiring demands.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Offer expert advice and market intelligence to support decision-making.
• Boost Gallagher’s employer brand by identifying and utilizing opportunities to attract candidates.
• Utilize recruitment technologies and systems to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Track recruitment activities and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.

• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, operations, industrial, or technical sectors is preferred.
