Role Overview

Join ZURU’s Global Talent Acquisition team in Auckland and develop your career in recruitment within a dynamic and fast-growing company. Key Responsibilities

You'll engage deeply with the business, collaborate closely with leaders, and take ownership of the hiring process end-to-end. Your work will directly impact various functions and teams, going beyond routine recruitment tasks to influence decisions and outcomes.

Onboarding and Training

Participate in a comprehensive 6-week training program designed to build a strong foundation in recruitment fundamentals, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and negotiations, followed by hands-on practice managing roles completely.
