Role Overview

The Task Associate is key in ensuring operational excellence to support sales initiatives and enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. This role supports Merchandise and Operations Managers by focusing on store performance, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. Attention to detail and compliance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve or exceed store sales targets by ensuring product availability and completing tasks promptly.
• Maintain compliance with task dashboards and operational processes such as shipment handling, merchandise resets, and inventory procedures.
• Attend work regularly and punctually.
• Foster an inclusive environment supporting colleagues and guests.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance brand and category knowledge and improve sales.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code guidelines.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory tasks, and shipment processing using company technology.
• Maintain operational standards by replenishing, signing, facing products and ensuring testers are available.
• Keep all store areas clean, including sales floor, restrooms, backroom, cash wrap, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by practicing loss prevention and delivering excellent guest service.
• Complete other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work history.
• Comfortable using basic technology like Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight as needed.

Working Conditions

• Frequent movement throughout the store during shifts.
• Regular standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Often required to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous physical coordination and manipulation of items.
