The Client Administration team plays an essential role within Business Enablement Services, focusing on exceptional client service by providing timely, quality deliverables and fostering a positive environment that enhances both staff and client satisfaction.

We are seeking a Team Administrative Assistant to support various administrative functions and contribute to delivering superior quality work products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms using Outlook and electronic calendars, and coordinate catering, room arrangements, and video conferencing as necessary.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring proper tracking and management.
  • Assemble client document packages and prepare deliverables for dissemination.
  • Operate office equipment for photocopying, printing, scanning, and electronic filing of documents.
  • Create, edit, proofread correspondence, and provide administrative assistance to the Administration team.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to generate client deliverables that meet quality standards.
  • Provide additional office support as required, including reception duties.
