Role Purpose

The Technical Business Analyst serves as a critical link between product strategy, technical teams, and business stakeholders. This role involves shaping clear product requirements, managing backlogs, and ensuring aligned communication across teams to deliver scalable solutions that enhance client success and Kinective's mission.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to convert strategic product visions into actionable releases and technical specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses including gap assessments, feasibility studies, and evaluate impacts of product features.
• Create detailed documentation encompassing functional and non-functional requirements, decompose epics into user stories, and define acceptance criteria alongside technical teams.
• Serve as the principal technical intermediary between Product, Engineering, and Business units to facilitate seamless cooperation.
• Partner with software architects and developers to assess system capabilities and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support activities relating to API design, system integrations, and data modeling for platform enhancements.
• Work with QA teams to devise testing strategies, guarantee appropriate coverage, and validate product releases.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business expectations.
• Efficiently identify, troubleshoot, and elevate issues to ensure timely resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in technical business analysis, product management, or equivalent roles within technology-focused companies.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system integration, and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proficient with SQL, data structures, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Excellent communication capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptability in dynamic, cross-functional product environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, reflecting various factors including experience and geographic location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, wellness, and financial security, comprising:

Additional Information
