About the Role

Express Car Care is seeking a Front Office Assistant & Telecaller to be based at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The position involves managing communication with customers effectively and promoting the company's offerings.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls promptly and professionally.
Present information about the company’s products, services, and current promotions to customers.
Generate potential client leads that can be converted into new customers.
Use computers or laptops proficiently for data entry and record keeping.
