About the Role
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to manage and strengthen customer relationships via digital channels. This role focuses on engaging customers by identifying their financial needs and offering appropriate banking products, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. It presents a valuable chance for recent graduates to begin their careers in banking sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with assigned customers following established contact protocols.
- Provide a superior digital banking experience and promote digital banking services for easier customer access.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products accordingly.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls adhering to quality standards.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints promptly within set timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to enhance retention and reduce attrition.
- Cross-sell and up-sell various banking products including third-party products, assets, and cards.
- Profile customers to uncover sales opportunities while confirming eligibility and compliance before product offerings.
- Monitor and report key account activities and process transactions with accuracy.
- Comply with all documentation, banking policies, regulations, and internal guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any discipline except B.Tech/BE are eligible to apply.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, preferably with up to one year of experience.
Skills and Language Proficiency
- Basic understanding of banking and financial products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong persuasive selling skills.
- Familiarity with computers and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one of the following: Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada.
