Training Coordinator

Overview

Macropace Technologies is seeking a Training Coordinator to join their Bangalore team with 0-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply. The role involves marketing training courses primarily through social media, interacting with potential students, organizing training sessions, and managing communication between trainers and trainees. Candidates will undergo an in-person interview in BTM Layout, Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Promote training courses using social media platforms.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective students interested in training programs.
• Attend to incoming student calls to explain course content and training details.
• Coordinate and monitor training sessions between trainers and students.
• Report and resolve issues raised by trainers and participants.
• Generate reports detailing trainer schedules and any platform-related difficulties.
• Conduct assessments as part of the training process.
• Develop training plans tailored to individual students and employees.
• Track training progress and outcomes; provide detailed feedback reports.
• Evaluate training materials and delivery methods and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Any degree qualification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; freshers with good communication skills will be considered.
• Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview in Bangalore.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays as half-days.
• Location: Bangalore, BTM 1st Stage, opposite BTM Bus Stand.
• Salary: Freshers earn ₹12,000 per month, with a salary review and hike after 3 months; experienced candidates earn ₹15,000 per month.
• Performance-based incentives available.
