About the Role
Join Acquire Technology Solutions as a UX/UI Analyst/Designer based in Perth, Western Australia, reporting directly to the UX Lead. This entry-level opportunity is tailored for recent graduates passionate about enhancing user experience by improving product usability and satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
- Completed tertiary education in Design, Digital Experience, or Interaction Design.
- Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodology, principles, and workflow.
- Deep knowledge of user-centred design philosophies and best user experience practices.
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools including Adobe XD and Figma, encompassing their AI features.
- Experienced in developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to articulate design ideas.
- Awareness of usability testing procedures, user research methods, and accessibility requirements.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem resolution capabilities, critical attention to detail, and communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement user research initiatives using standard methodologies to extract insights about user needs and behaviors.
- Utilize established tools and techniques to develop user stories and gather UX requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage conflicts, and align outcomes with organizational objectives.
- Design user-friendly interactions and experiences applying standard design concepts and industry tools.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design assets to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of design innovations, technological advancements, and new tools, contributing proactively to continuous improvement efforts.
