Virtual Relationship Manager - Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through phone calls and digital platforms to build and nurture trusted relationships.
• Identify customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products including Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, and Investment products.
• Provide effective solutions to customer inquiries maintaining high service standards.
• Keep customer information and interaction records up to date using CRM software.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and engagement targets while adhering to banking policies and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates from any discipline except B.Tech/BE.
• Age between 18 to 30 years.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada) is required.
• Excellent verbal communication, customer service orientation, and sales aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Preferred Experience

Experience in telesales or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
