Job Summary

Seeking a skilled VMC Programmer with expertise in creating CNC/VMC programs tailored to precision component machining. The candidate must coordinate effectively with production and quality teams while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Develop CNC/VMC programs according to engineering drawings.
Configure machining parameters and tooling information.
Interpret and analyze engineering drawings thoroughly.
Enhance program efficiency to minimize machining cycle durations.
Choose appropriate cutting tools and fixtures for tasks.
Collaborate with production and quality departments to meet standards.
Verify dimensional precision of machined parts consistently.
Maintain organized records and backups of programming data.
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Experience

Proficient knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
Experience with machining precision components.

Compensation

The monthly salary range is from 14000 to 40000 INR.
