About the Internship
This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in customer service within a fast-growing technology startup that personalizes online learning experiences. You will handle live calls using CRM software, and be responsible for engaging with prospective students who have shown interest in various courses. Daily tasks include addressing and resolving customer queries promptly, assisting learners with enrollment procedures and technical issues, helping users navigate the platform, and escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams.
