About the Internship
This remote internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment by assisting a dynamic talent acquisition team. Interns will utilize their English communication skills to interact with candidates and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Help identify and shortlist candidates for diverse roles.
- Perform preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and qualifications.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear and positive communication with candidates to enhance their experience.
- Use recruitment software and platforms to monitor candidate progress efficiently.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
- Provide administrative support within the talent acquisition team.

Stipend and Rewards
The stipend is performance-based, paid according to the number of successful candidate joinings:
- 0 to 4 joinings - No stipend
- 5 to 8 joinings - 3000 INR
- 9 to 12 joinings - 5000 INR
- 13 to 15 joinings - 7500 INR
- 16 or more joinings - 10000 INR plus best performer awards
