Role Summary and Responsibilities

The selected intern will engage in active recruitment processes including sourcing candidates and conducting preliminary screenings. This role involves proactive talent hunting rather than passively receiving applications.

• Identify prospective candidates through job portals, professional networking platforms, referrals, and direct networking.
• Evaluate resumes carefully to shortlist candidates who meet the specified job criteria.
• Conduct initial screening calls or video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship.
• Internship commencement must fall between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026.
• Availability for the full 6-month duration is required.
• Candidates must possess relevant competencies and interest in recruitment activities.

Additional Information and Benefits

• The internship will be based in Kolkata, specifically in New Town.
• Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from 4000 to 5000 INR.
• Upon completion, interns will be awarded a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
