3PL Logistics Coordinator - MENA Vendor Returns

Job Overview

This position involves supporting the MENA third-party logistics (3PL) team in managing vendor returns operations specific to Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with 3PL service providers, internal business teams, Inventory Health (IH) and Fulfillment Centers (FCs) to improve the vendor return experience and maintain key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate 3PL activities in Saudi Arabia focusing on vendor returns.
• Be responsible for monitoring and managing program performance indicators.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless handling of product removals and returns.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports related to vendor returns within Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be self-reliant, adaptable, and possess strong communication skills. A strong customer orientation coupled with solid analytical, data handling, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities is essential. Experience with local logistics and familiarity with last mile delivery operations is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of logistics operations.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualization dashboards such as Amazon QuickSight.
