Job Overview
JV Scaffolding Pty Ltd seeks experienced Advanced Scaffolders for immediate openings on commercial and residential projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area. This opportunity offers long-term, steady work in a supportive environment prioritizing safety, quality, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform scaffolding construction and dismantling tasks on diverse commercial and residential sites.
- Apply strong knowledge of Kwikstage scaffolding systems to deliver safe, efficient setups.
- Adhere rigorously to site safety protocols and safe work procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and company leadership to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 5 to 10 years of scaffolding experience.
- In-depth understanding of Kwikstage scaffolding systems.
- Sound awareness of site safety and compliance requirements.
- Capable of working independently as well as cooperatively within a team.
- Current residency within Perth and full Australian work rights; sponsorships are not provided.
- Possession of a High-Risk Scaffolding Licence - Advanced.
- Current Working at Heights certification.
- Own personal harness and inertia reels.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Desirable but not mandatory: Dogging and/or Rigging tickets.
Employment Terms and Benefits
- Hourly wage between $45 and $55, depending on experience.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Consistent 40-hour work weeks.
