Role Overview

As an AI Operations Analyst at our fully remote US-based insurance and risk-advisory consulting firm, you will play a critical role in embedding new AI tools and workflows into daily business practices. Your mission is to ensure these innovative AI systems are trusted and effectively utilized by teams, bridging the gap between technology and practical application.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with teams using AI systems to understand their practical needs and field "can it do this?" inquiries in person.
• Drive AI adoption through personalized training sessions, hands-on walkthroughs, and creating accessible reference materials tailored to individual teams.
• Monitor user activity to identify adoption patterns, obstacles, and factors that influence engagement.
• Analyze workflows in real-time to detect deviations from AI assumptions and proactively address potential errors before they impact results.
• Serve as a communication liaison, translating needs and feedback clearly between frontline users and leadership.
• Operate and make minor enhancements to AI tools, gather and interpret underlying data analytics, and escalate technical issues appropriately.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years experience in operations, customer success, support, coordination, or other client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated initiative in engaging with AI technologies, such as using AI models like ChatGPT or Claude, or creating your own automations.
• Basic proficiency in data literacy: comfortable interpreting reports, verifying data, and performing simple analyses.
• Strong interpersonal skills to win over busy or skeptical colleagues while maintaining respect and inclusivity.
• Ability to be a visible change champion rather than a background supporter.
• Preferred: experience in consulting, professional services, training coworkers on new tools, or early adoption of new technologies within a team.
