Role Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects that involve deploying AI-based solutions in production environments.
• Develop advanced machine learning models capable of generating new data, patterns, or content from existing inputs.
• Implement diverse AI/ML methodologies such as supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Work extensively with cloud environments, primarily Azure, and gain experience using AWS for AI/ML workloads.
• Utilize AI/ML-related Azure and AWS services including Databricks, AKS/EKS, ADF, Cognitive Services, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Deploy and manage large language models (LLMs), leveraging libraries such as Hugging Face and OpenAI API.
• Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of models to improve performance.
• Containerize AI/ML applications and orchestrate them in production using container management tools.
• Utilize continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines including tools like GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to preprocess and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Stay up to date with emerging generative AI technologies and best practices.
• Manage system capacity planning, perform hardware/software upgrades, and handle migrations strategically.
• Write efficient code primarily using Python and SQL, and utilize frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Apply a solid understanding of AI and ML governance, ethics, and responsible AI principles.
• Detect and remediate vulnerabilities in AI/ML codebases.
• Work with agentic AI frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Optimize and quantize generative AI models such as those based on RAG, Transformers, and Vector databases.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience leading AI projects with successful deployment in production.
• Good understanding of agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
• Proven proficiency with large language models and relevant AI model deployments.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, including libraries such as pandas and NumPy.
• Experience in SQL, PySpark, Hive, and shell scripting.
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms Azure and AWS (experience with GCP Vertex AI is a bonus).
• Familiar with containerization technologies and CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to work with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of AI/ML governance and ethical AI.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix code security issues.
