Associate Dietician

Role Overview

The Associate Dietician will conduct personalized nutrition consultations with clients and generate meal plans aimed at weight loss and managing lifestyle-related disorders. The role involves understanding individual client needs and tailoring dietary strategies accordingly, while collaborating closely with other team members to enhance the consumer experience. Contributions towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets and overall product development are integral responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one consultations with multiple clients to assess nutritional requirements.
• Develop customized meal plans focusing on weight management and lifestyle disorder control.
• Personalize dietary recommendations based on consumers' health conditions and preferences.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery.
• Strive to meet or surpass set monthly and quarterly performance goals.
• Manage and accommodate medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, thyroid disorders, PCOS, and hypertension in counseling approaches.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of an M.Sc. degree in Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, or Food Science and Nutrition.
• Practical experience handling clients with medical or lifestyle-related health issues.
• Outstanding communication abilities to clearly explain concepts and methodologies to clients.
• Efficient multitasking skills with strong time management and prioritization capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Passion for health and fitness that aligns with the role's focus.
