Key Responsibilities

• Promote a culture prioritizing safety by exercising stop-work authority and supporting wellbeing standards.
• Exhibit leadership aligned with company values, including mentoring and coaching junior staff.
• Develop, apply, and refine risk frameworks, maintain registers, dashboards, and reporting methodologies.
• Lead risk workshops and assessments to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to embed risk control measures into schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality risk data, adherence to best practices, and vigilance over evolving risk profiles.
• Support collective efforts towards net zero carbon goals by proactively managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a degree or diploma in risk management, engineering, or project management.
• Preferred professional status includes chartered membership or recognized certifications.
• Over 10 years of experience leading risk functions on significant projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Expert knowledge of risk management tools, analytical techniques, and collaborative stakeholder communication.
• A valid visa for Saudi Arabia and proven experience on large-scale projects with project management consultancies, meeting immigration and client prerequisites.
