Key Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive design and development of a sustainable points ecosystem, defining essential rules such as tasks linked to point accrual, tiered membership levels, mechanisms for redeeming rewards, total points issuance, point acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity periods, and inflation control to maintain stable value and manageable operational expenses.
• Create and implement data-driven operational and risk control frameworks by establishing key metrics including redemption rates, inflation rates, cost expenditures, and develop anti-cheating and anti-abuse protocols to ensure the points system’s long-term stability and healthy functioning.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams—including Product, Design, business units, regional branches, Risk, Public Relations, and Customer Service—to develop guidelines for benefit presentations and user communications, ensuring smooth integration with business initiatives, minimizing user confusion, and reducing complaint risks.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in user incentive programs, membership systems, or economic system design within sectors such as gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or similar, with demonstrated leadership in end-to-end project delivery including successful development and execution of points systems from inception to full deployment.
• Strong abilities in logical reasoning and mathematics, capable of independently performing points balance calculations, cost budget planning, and long-term inflation modeling; advanced proficiency with Excel formulas and fundamental SQL skills are mandatory.
• Firm understanding of financial product logics—covering spot trading, futures, wealth management—and compliance knowledge addressing investor protection and limitations for averting incentives tied to high-risk behavior.
• Proven skillset in cross-team collaboration, able to efficiently synchronize and gain consensus with departments like compliance, risk control, and product development to streamline project progress.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin required for coordinating with overseas partners; additional language skills are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in game numerical planning involving design and balance adjustments to optimize the stability and rational economic function of points systems.
• Background in fintech or securities brokerage, with detailed insight into regional regulatory variations and capacity to tailor incentive systems accordingly.
• Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in Python or SQL, enabling independent construction and optimization of points liability forecasting models to facilitate refined operations and risk management.
