Banking Operations Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Banking Operations Analyst with expertise in Core Banking Operations, including payments and retail banking account operations. This position involves managing essential banking functions such as account maintenance, transaction processing, KYC, and compliance to ensure efficient customer services and maintain the bank's financial stability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve problems of lower complexity within Core Banking Operations.
• Manage daily interactions mainly with peers within Accenture and report to supervisors.
• Handle account maintenance services, account closure, deceased customer processing, and US legal order processing.
• Work with moderate supervision on daily tasks and receive detailed instructions for new assignments.
• Contribute as an individual team member with a focused scope of work.
• Potentially work in rotational shifts to meet operational requirements.
