Role Overview

The Behavioural Architect position involves diagnosing behavioral challenges and devising effective strategies to tackle them. This role demands close collaboration with teams from Consulting, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure a seamless integration and alignment of efforts across these disciplines within each project. The opportunity is based in Mumbai or Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Designers to explore and devise AI and analytics-based solutions.
• Formulate and test essential descriptive and prescriptive hypotheses to understand contextual actors’ behaviors and prototype interventions.
• Utilize a multidisciplinary problem-solving model integrating behavioral science with data science and engineering.
• Represent behavioral science and design perspectives effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Lead and participate in planning, executing, analyzing, and synthesizing varied research initiatives from rapid tactical studies to deep strategic investigations.
• Conduct customer interviews to uncover fundamental motivations, values, mental models, and emotions influencing behavior.
• Distill complex research findings into succinct, actionable insights and compelling visual models that challenge client viewpoints about problem and opportunity areas.
• Guarantee world-class output from the Behavior Science and Design teams, meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate results persuasively through reports, presentations, and workshop facilitation.
• Provide thought leadership internally and externally regarding the convergence of AI, engineering, and design.
• Contribute to cultivating and evolving the design team’s culture, including its rituals, values, practices, and personality.
