We are currently hiring a Business Analyst in the Supervising Associate capacity to advance Talent projects with specialized skills in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements related to Talent projects, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration demands.
- Examine current Talent business processes to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies to boost efficiency.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design and implement data integration strategies, guaranteeing precise and secure data flow between SAP SuccessFactors and other platforms.
- Produce clear, thorough documentation such as business requirement documents, process diagrams, use cases to support project rollout.
- Develop and execute testing plans, including scenarios and validation, to confirm that SAP SuccessFactors functionality aligns with business needs and quality expectations.
- Ensure effective communication among business units, project teams, and technical experts to maintain alignment on project goals and status.
- Support change management efforts by assisting end-users with adapting to updated systems and workflows arising from SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when needed to maintain project timelines.
- Engage in continuous process improvement activities, proposing enhancements to both business processes and system capabilities.
Required Skills and Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of Talent management processes and system functionalities, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- Expertise in data integration techniques, such as data mapping, ETL processes, and API-based integrations.
- Strong analytical ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Advanced documentation proficiency, including requirements, process flows, and test plan development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with project management tools and business analysis methodologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Positive mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to grow professionally.
- Capability to work effectively with virtual teams across global locations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; additional credentials in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors are advantageous.
- Proven track record as a Business Analyst specialized in Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
- Between 5 to 8 years of professional experience preferably within Talent management domain.
