About the Role at WinproFX
As a Business Development Manager at WinproFX, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, confidently promoting forex trading solutions, and achieving sales objectives with opportunities for attractive earnings. Your role involves guiding clients through their trading experience and advocating the company’s financial products primarily through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain new client partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Effectively promote and explain trading solutions and WinproFX products to potential and existing clients.
- Consistently reach monthly sales targets as set by the Head of Sales.
- Provide ongoing support and training for clients on how to use trading platforms and company products.
- Manage and grow the current portfolio focusing on increasing customer size and trading activity whilst maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
- Daily handling of new client inquiries, following up on leads, and retaining clients with high service quality.
- Stay informed about financial market trends and developments on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with documentation and internal policies as directed by the compliance and back office teams.
- Complete mandatory training and development goals within designated timelines.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Forex or CFD sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of Forex, CFDs, financial markets, and trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5.
- Proficient with CRM software for managing sales leads and customer relationships.
- Goal-driven with a strong focus on results.
- Collaborative team player eager to contribute actively to the business.
- Strong commercial insight coupled with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, making quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
