What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping every guest feel comfortable and welcomed by delivering a warm, island-inspired experience
• Maintaining working knowledge of the food and beverage menus
• Following hospitality standards and keeping tables maintained to the required level of service
• Working closely with the team to support strong sales and smooth service
• Contributing to a clean, safe, professional, and positive restaurant atmosphere

Physical and Scheduling Requirements

• Able to lift or carry up to about 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling are part of the role
• Must be able to remain standing throughout the shift
• Should be comfortable using equipment such as a hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other provided tools
• Work schedules are assigned based on business needs
