The Category Management Analyst role is within the Q-commerce division, which encompasses Groceries, Retail, and Micro Fulfillment Centers, aiming to provide instant delivery of products ranging from video games to everyday essentials.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with suppliers to negotiate new products ensuring optimal margins and consistent stock availability.
• Drive the strategy for defining and optimizing product assortments.
• Enhance user satisfaction by categorizing and sorting product assortments aligned with consumer needs.
• Develop and enforce processes to successfully implement content strategies.
• Oversee promotions and identify opportunities for cross-selling to maximize sales.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the global FMCG, Retail, or on-demand services industries with roles in Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Purchasing.
• E-commerce experience is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of retail fundamentals and category management principles.
• Proficient analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and testing.
• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to influence and establish networks and strategies globally.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in a fast-evolving, high-growth startup environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are beneficial.
