Civil / Site Engineer

Position Overview

We seek a motivated Civil / Site Engineer dedicated to overseeing daily construction operations, ensuring timely, secure, and quality completion of civil engineering tasks at the project location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction work aligning with approved blueprints and technical specifications.
• Plan and supervise the deployment of workforce, machinery, and materials effectively.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Execute tasks according to the project timeline to meet established milestones.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Confirm measurements and keep comprehensive on-site records.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and internal company protocols.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges related to site execution.
• Prepare detailed daily progress reports and update the status of ongoing work.
• Support billing processes, project planning, and quantity checks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, industrial, or building construction sectors.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and executing tasks accordingly.
• Expertise in surveying, reinforced concrete works, earthworks, structural elements, and finishing processes.
• Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and fundamental project documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
