Claims Inventory Manager (W2 Contract, Remote)

Role Overview

This position is for a Claims Inventory Manager working remotely with occasional travel requirements (up to 25%). It is a W2 contract role focused on managing healthcare claims processes using the Facets platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess deep knowledge of healthcare claims processing and the full claims lifecycle.
• Demonstrate working expertise in Facets configuration, including interpreting configuration impacts and mediating discussions between business and technical stakeholders in the Claims Facility (CF).
• Lead and coordinate teams spanning multiple functions including client resources to ensure project progress.
• Manage competing priorities effectively, evaluating business impacts and modifying plans to prioritize key initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, drive decision-making, and secure accountability for the completion of action items.
• Communicate clearly and proficiently both verbally and in writing with business and IT teams alike.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of healthcare claims operations and the lifecycle involved.
• Experience with Facets claims and benefits configuration.
• Proven leadership skills in cross-functional team coordination.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting across business and technical teams.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
