Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all pub areas including customer spaces, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff zones, and outdoor areas are thoroughly cleaned to uphold high standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning operations adhering to established procedures
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and inform management when restocking is necessary
• Report maintenance and pest control issues promptly to the manager on duty
• Interact courteously with customers, offering greetings and acknowledgments
• Engage in necessary induction, role-specific, and refresher training, while supporting continuous improvement efforts

• This role might not be suitable for individuals under 18 due to shift timing and lone working conditions
• Other roles, including front-of-house and kitchen positions, may be available

Working Hours

The position requires a consistent schedule of 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, seven days a week, totaling 6 hours per week.
