Role Overview

The Cleaner position is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include ensuring all assigned areas are kept clean and hygienic through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation. Daily duties involve emptying trash containers, washing windows and doors, restocking supplies like soap and paper products, and maintaining common spaces to be neat and orderly.

The Cleaner must follow all safety and cleaning protocols, operate cleaning equipment safely (vacuum cleaners, floor machines), and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to supervisors. Collaboration with team members, adherence to schedules, and maintaining the company's quality and professionalism standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Capable of carrying out general cleaning tasks attentively, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning.
• Familiar with basic cleaning products, equipment operation, and safe handling procedures.
• Possesses strong organizational and time management abilities to ensure timely task completion.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, bend, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive activities throughout the shift.
• Basic communication skills to understand instructions, report issues, and work effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Dedicated to maintaining workplace safety, adhering to hygiene protocols, and respecting client property and confidentiality.
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility upkeep is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Lucknow and comply with company policies and guidelines.
