Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and patient-centric Clinic Manager to oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and exceptional experiences for doctors and patients alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow from registration to consultation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infrastructure.
- Ensure uninterrupted clinic services during operating hours.
- Liaise with consulting doctors regarding schedules, promptly address operational issues, and provide strong administrative support to build long-term professional relationships.
- Deliver excellent customer service, professionally manage patient queries and complaints, and monitor patient wait times to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
- Supervise receptionists, housekeeping, and support staff; prepare duty rosters; conduct SOP and customer service training; and ensure staff discipline and punctuality.
- Promote pathology tests and preventive health packages; support pharmacy sales by ensuring prescription fulfillment; contribute to meeting clinic revenue targets; and develop local business opportunities through community and corporate engagement.
- Maintain compliance with clinic SOPs, healthcare regulations, and company policies; manage accurate operational records; coordinate inventory and maintenance activities; and oversee cash collections and billing accuracy.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on patient footfall, doctor attendance, revenue collections, pharmacy sales, pathology conversions, patient feedback, and escalate operational issues as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation in any discipline is required; preference for MBA or Healthcare Management degrees.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Organizational and administrative competence.
