Role Overview
This position focuses on driving insurance business growth through a mix of sales leadership, partner management, and on-ground execution in the Kolkata cluster. The role is suited to someone who can manage targets, guide teams, and strengthen banking relationships to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and push achievement of sales goals across multiple insurance offerings.
- Supervise, coach, and develop branch managers or sales teams while fostering strong working relationships that help grow market presence.
- Carry out field-based business calls, equip channel partners through training, and make sure sales activities follow the required processes and compliance standards.
- Maintain productive relationships with bank staff and other important stakeholders to support business expansion.
- Track team output regularly, run training interventions, and ensure sales plans and strategies are followed consistently.
