Role Overview

We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as Coal Preparation Samplers at our Mackay location. This entry-level role includes training to conduct sampling and testing related to coal mining operations, production, export, and exploration activities. Selected individuals will support operations at the Mackay office and local coal export ports.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid Queensland C Class manual driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Demonstrate reliability and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer skills
• Willingness to work day and afternoon shifts, including overtime on weekends as required
• Physically fit to manage manual handling tasks

Commitment to safety is paramount, with mandatory ongoing drug and alcohol testing and compliance with site inductions. The role is strictly local to the Mackay region; FIFO arrangements will not be considered.
