Role overview
Maison Tuileries is seeking a Community Manager to help introduce a new upscale French-style pâtisserie concept in Jiddah. The role goes far beyond running a content calendar: it is about shaping the brand’s digital presence from the very beginning and helping it grow as the concept expands.
Profile
- You should be fluent in both Arabic and English; French would be an added advantage.
- You need strong familiarity with major social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools is important, including Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Lightroom, or similar software.
- A solid grasp of youth culture, online trends, and social media communication style is expected.
- The brand’s audience includes fashionable young locals, families, and CSP++ customers, both local and expatriate.
- This opportunity is best suited to someone who is genuinely excited about building a brand from the ground up and contributing to its future growth.
Key missions
- Maintain an active, regular, and consistent presence across social channels.
- Produce attractive and engaging visual and video content, including photos, short-form videos, Reels, and Stories.
- Plan and coordinate events as well as marketing campaigns.
- Develop communication plans for the pre-launch phase.
- Support broader brand strategy, including communication, customer loyalty, and long-term growth.
- Represent the brand and organize its presence at major international events such as SIRHA, Salon du Chocolat, and comparable exhibitions.
- Contribute ideas that help expand the community and support the concept’s future development.
