About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Sourcing initiatives such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs focusing on the procurement of professional services.
Engage in negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost reductions, risk mitigation, and advantageous commercial terms.
Collaborate with internal teams to help define procurement strategies.
Manage contracts, strategic suppliers, and monitor performance indicators including KPIs and SLAs.
Prepare technical and commercial analyses to support informed decision-making.
Spot potential savings and process improvement opportunities within the procurement function.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and procurement processes.
Support leadership and act as a technical reference point for the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Practical experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain and Strategic Sourcing.
Proficiency in negotiation, vendor management, and contract oversight.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud; familiarity with V360 is considered an advantage.
Strong communication abilities, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.

Work Model and Location

This role operates 100% remotely with the official workplace being the IBMR University Center, Catete Campus, Rio de Janeiro. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:12 to 18:00.
