About the Role

Cherry Tree Beads seeks a dynamic In-House Content Creator to bring its exquisite range of gemstone beads, crystals, pearls, findings, and jewelry-making supplies to life. If you excel in sparking creativity through storytelling and crafting compelling visual content that captivates audiences, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce eye-catching short-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
• Lead live shopping sessions to engage and convert viewers.
• Create content showcasing new arrivals, designer collections, and jewelry-making concepts that attract and retain audience attention.
• Monitor evolving social media trends and adapt them strategically to enhance the brand’s presence.
• Collaborate with the internal team on product launches, promotional activities, and creative marketing campaigns.
• Capture and edit product photos and videos that are visually stunning and inspiring, ensuring they halt viewers' scrolling.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years crafting social media content for brands.
• Strong expertise in photography, video composition, lighting, and editing techniques.
• Comfortable, engaging, and authentic presence in front of the camera.
• Understanding of what drives content performance across various social platforms, beyond aesthetics.
• Highly creative, self-driven, and brimming with innovative ideas.
• Capable of managing projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Passionate about jewelry making or eager to learn and immerse in the craft.

Position Details

• Location: Cherry Tree Beads headquarters in Swannanoa, North Carolina.
• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends to support live sales and special events.
