Role overview

This position is for a creative and detail-focused content writer with at least 2 years of experience in social and digital content creation. The role supports fintech brands by producing clear, engaging, and performance-oriented content while preserving brand voice, accuracy, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for social channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube for multiple fintech brands.
• Produce search-optimized blog posts, website copy, and landing page content.
• Create advertising copy for campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Draft PR materials, press releases, and brand communication assets.
• Track trending subjects, content formats, and platform changes to keep output relevant.
• Adjust tone and style to suit different brands, audiences, and communication goals.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns.
• Edit, proofread, and refine copy for clarity, quality, and performance.
• Maintain content calendars and deliver work within publishing timelines.
• Ensure all content remains accurate, compliant, and consistent across channels.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in digital or social media content writing.
• Strong command over writing, editing, and storytelling.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals such as keywords, meta tags, and content structure.
• Hands-on familiarity with social media platforms and their content formats.
• Ability to spot trends and turn them into brand-relevant content.
• Preferred background or understanding of fintech, finance, or technology content.
• Strong research and fact-checking skills.
• Capability to manage several brands and assignments at the same time.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong discipline around deadlines.
• Preferred exposure to fintech, finance, or startup environments.
• Comfort with content analytics and performance metrics.
• Experience using CMS tools such as WordPress or Zoho.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing.

Additional details

This is a Bengaluru-based, on-site role in the Marketing / Content department. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. Compensation is listed at INR 300000 to 800000 per year.
