Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost and performance accounting while setting relevant objectives for the company.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
• Create and analyze reports for informed decision-making.
• Manage budgeting and liquidity planning across various departments.
• Develop monthly and annual reports and assist with financial closings.
• Monitor key business metrics continuously and prepare them as a basis for managerial decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed degree in finance, business administration, or a related qualification.
• Proven solid experience in controlling functions.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and other standard reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to critically question financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactively with high motivation and accountability.
• Independent, careful, and conscientious working style.
