Role Overview

The Corporate Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill BluSky's talent needs by sourcing and securing the best candidates. This role involves managing relationships with prospective hires and internal stakeholders and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage top talent using various channels including job listings, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently and keep records updated in the applicant tracking system.
• Act as a professional ambassador for BluSky, communicating the company's values and culture to candidates.
• Work with HR and hiring managers to prepare and extend job offers that are competitive.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and generate reports to continually improve hiring processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality candidates.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; experience in the restoration industry is advantageous.
• Proven success in sourcing, networking, assessing candidates, and assisting managers in making hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, ATS, and HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Alignment with BluSky’s mission, vision, and values is essential.

Education

Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The work setting is typically quiet. Tasks require regularly sitting, using hands and arms, speaking, listening, and moving about the office. Occasionally, lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds is necessary. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for disabilities.

Travel

Incidental travel is required less than 25% of the time, including occasional overnight trips for training or meetings.
