We provide expert awards consulting services that guide creative agencies and brands through the entire awards submission journey—from evaluating work, selecting appropriate award programs, crafting engaging entry narratives, managing timelines, to final submission execution. We operate fully remotely.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate award submissions by gathering templates and guidelines from multiple award show websites, ensuring full compliance with each program's criteria.
- Assist in writing and editing award entries to create persuasive content, refine clarity and impact, and tailor entries to fit different award requirements without compromising quality.
- Manage organizational aspects including tracking deadlines, submissions, and results, maintaining an updated and structured company database.
- Conduct ongoing research to keep the awards database current with industry developments, criteria changes, and relevant news.
- Maintain professional client communications by promptly responding to inquiries, providing progress updates, and representing the agency positively.
- Demonstrate strong remote work capabilities, emphasizing communication, time management, and proactive self-direction.
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience (approximately 2-3 years) in advertising, marketing, or PR environments, with awards-related involvement preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills paired with strong organizational acumen and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
- A degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
